Hysterically funny
My kids loved it when they were little. Nowadays I use it for a mentor text when teaching my first graders how to write pattern books. They love it, too. I never get tired of this book. The calm, predictable text juxtaposed with the over the top pictures cracks me up every time. I feel sorry for kids whose childhood doesn't include this book. It should be a classic.
