Read this book like I would read a novel, from cover to cover, including the recipes themselves. Inspired me to eat good, wholesome food. I became a bit of a reformed fad diet foodie and found myself pontificating about how difficult we make our lives when we don't eat real food. The book changed my outlook and my behavior to this day towards buying, preparing, and eating food.
