If you're a fan of Meg Cabot's (or even if you're not) and you're looking for something different than she's written before, this is the book for you! She still sticks to the boy-meets-girl kind of theme, but she adds in some extra spice with the plot. Who would have imagined that Elaine's high school would relate to King Arthur's time, with her friends turning out to be similar to people like King Arthur and the Lady of Chalott? This is such an amazing novel, you have to read it!!

I'd recommend this book to anyone. If you're looking for a great read with a funny and witty, if slightly awkward narrator, this is the book for you. It is a fantasty/romantic/comedy that everybody should read at least once, if not several times. I dare you to not relate to Elaine, the main character, on some level.
