Hardcover. 312 pp. A Near Fine, tight, clean copy, in a Near Fine dust jacket with light rubbing to the foot of the spine, and a 1/2-inch closed tear near the head of the spine. DJ now housed in a mylar wrap. Signature of the former owner, Greg Gatenby, on the fly leaf; otherwise the book is unmarked. Gatenby was the founding artistic director of the International Festival of Authors in Toronto, a hugely successful annual event that helped "Time Magazine" declare that Gatenby had made Toronto one of the literary capitals of the world. He also directed the readings at Harbourfront in Toronto, and is the author of "Literary Guide to Toronto."
