Perry received his Ph.D. and Masters in Business Education from the University of North Dakota, and his B.A. in Business Administration and Business Education from the University of South Florida. Dr. William G. Dr. Perry teaches at Western Carolina University and has received numerous teaching awards and recognitions during his 18 year tenure there, including the Board of Governor's Innovative Teaching Award, and a Global Teaching Excellence Award.
