William Montagna
William Montagna was the director of the Oregon Regional Primate Research Center, Beaverton. He was also a professor and head of the division of experimental biology and professor of dermatology at the University of Oregon, Health Sciences Center, Portland. Dr. Montagna wrote or edited more than 25 books, among them Comparative Anatomy, The Structure and Function of the Skin, and, with R.J. Harrison, Man, a widely known book on the biological, sociological, and cultural aspects of man.
