Wilbert Jones

Wilbert Jones is president of the Chicago-based Wilbert Jones Company. He is a lover of food and music, especially blues. Jones has authored several cookbooks and was the host of the 2008 PBS television series Healthy Heritage Kitchen. He also coauthored Images of America: Chicago's Gold Coast about his neighborhood in Chicago.
