Ray Aldag is the Glen A. Skillrud Family Chair in Business, co-director of the Weinert Center for Entrepreneurship, and past chair of the Department of Management and Human Resources at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Ray Aldag is the Glen A. Skillrud Family Chair in Business, co-director of the Weinert Center for Entrepreneurship, and past chair of the Department of Management and Human Resources at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He received his B.S. in Mechanical Engineering, his M.B.A. in Production Management, and his Ph.D. in Management from Michigan State University. He has worked as a thermal engineer on various Apollo, Voyager, and other aerospace projects at the Bendix Aerospace Division in Ann Arbor, Michigan. At Wisconsin, he has served as Associate Director of the Industrial Relations Research Institute and was the 1993 recipient of the Jerrod Distinguished Service Award. Ray has 30 years of experience teaching management principles, organizational behavior, decision-making, introduction to business, human resource management, business policy, and other courses. He has served on more than 50 Ph.D. thesis committees. See less
