Philip M Bailey

Born and raised in Louisville, KY, Phillip M. Bailey is a graduate of the University of Louisville where he began his career in journalism. In 2002 he wrote for an independent African-American newspaper, The SOULution, as an op-ed writer and copy editor for two years and then as a columnist The Cardinal, where he received recognition at the 2005 Kentucky Intercollegiate Press Association awards.
