Dr. Peter Fritz Walter is an international lawyer and legal researcher from Germany, specialized on the Law of Evidence as applied in American District Courts in cases that involve the claim of foreign sovereign immunity. After his graduation as a law practitioner from Saarland University in Germany, he acquired a Master's degree (L.L.M.) in European Integration from the European Institute of Saarland University in 1982, and a Doctor of Law title from the University of Geneva, in 1987. In 2004, Dr. Walter retired as a writer, researcher, producer and content provider in Phnom Penh, Cambodia and publishes via his Delaware company, Sirius-C Media Galaxy LLC, which he founded in April 1998.
