Linchuan Yang

Linchuan Yang is a professor in the Department of Urban and Rural Planning, Southwest Jiaotong University. He obtained a Ph.D. in real estate economics studies, an M.Phil. in transportation studies from the University of Hong Kong, a B.E. degree in urban planning, and a BS degree in mathematics from Xiamen University, China.
