KATIE MITZEL has been a Skoki fixture since 1998. Through a serenditpitous series of events, she has been able to combine her love for her family, her craving for adventure and her artistic creativity in the kitchen. Right from the start, she eagerly took on the challenge of cooking without electricity or running water in a remote backcountry lodge. Katie enjoys the daily opportunity to explore and create for a crowd of deserving guests, and finds her job incredibly rewarding and satisfying.
