Karlo Meyer is Chair and Professor of Religious Education at the University of Saarland, Germany and currently Chairperson of the Society for Academic Religious Education (Germany, Austria and Switzerland). He gained his post-doctoral 'Habilitation' degree in Religious Education and Practical Theology from the University of Vienna, Austria. Professor Meyer has also taught at the University of Bremen.
