Celebrity chef, restaurateur, and author Jon Bonnell has been in the foodservice business for over 20 years. A graduate of Vanderbilt University and the New England Culinary Institute, Chef Bonnell has been at the forefront of Fine Texas Cuisine for his entire career. An avid outdoor enthusiast first inspired his passion for fish and game, but his culinary pursuits certainly don't stop there. Chef Bonnell also happily stepped into a leadership role in the restaurant community when the 2020 pandemic devastated much of the local industry by compiling and distributing vital information and becoming the spokesperson for all independent establishments in his beloved hometown of Fort Worth. He continues to expand his restaurant group with plans to open his fifth location in 2022.
