Jill Nice

Jill Nice was born in London and brought up in East Anglia, where an abundance of fresh fruit and vegetables led to a fascination for the varied ways in which the natural harvest could be put imaginative use, and a passionate, long-lasting love of preserving. Jill was trained as a demonstrator and put this knowledge of food preparation to good use running a market stall selling preserves and cakes.
