Jeannine E Olson

Jeannine E. Olson is professor of history at Rhode Island College. She received her M.A and Ph.D. from Stanford University. Her field of knowledge includes the Renaissance, the Reformation, Tudor-Stuart England, Early-Modern Europe, and the Enlightenment. Olsen has written Histoire de I'Eglise, Calvin and Social Welfare: Deacons and the Bourse francaise, and Deacons and Deaconesses through the Centuries, for which she received an Award of Commendation from the Concordia Historical Institute.
