Brzycki on Strength Training for Special Purposes
This is a collection of articles which date back to the mid 1980s and extend to 2006. They all deal with specific advice for strength training for wrestlers.
I found this book just okay. Having Brzycki's general strength training book I was familiar with many of the concepts he uses generally for strength training. I didn't find that this work presented significantly different material, exercises or concepts.
Not a bad book if you aren't aware of Brzycki's Strength Training book but that would be the preferrable book to purchase even as a wrestler.
