Matt Brzycki is the Assistant Director of Campus Recreation, Fitness at Princeton University and coadjutant in the Department of Exercise Science and Sport Studies at Rutgers University where he teaches a course in Principles of Weight Training. He has authored 8 books, co-authored 7 books and edited 2 books and written more than 450 articles/columns on strength and fitness published in 45 different publications. He has nearly 30 years of experience in collegiate strength and fitness.
