Seller's Description:
Very good. Connecting readers with great books since 1972! Used books may not include companion materials, and may have some shelf wear or limited writing. We ship orders daily and Customer Service is our top priority!
I have given WWII vets copies of this classic book and somehow they always tell me stories that make me proud to have given it to them. Over the years I have read it maybe 10 times and I try to keep a copy on hand to salute the vets who made our freedom real. Buy a copy and find a vet, he or she will remember things and want to tell you their story. You better hurry, WWII vets are dying off from old age and their stories will die with them unless you get it out of them. Think about it!

good
Not the book I wanted, which would be just the cartoons, but a good read anyway. The text is well written, and takes me back to those days in Europe.
