A friend and each bought this cookbook about a month ago. We have enjoyed reading it. We have tried only a few recipes, but each has turned out really well.
(If I had made more recipes, I probably would have given it a 5-star rating.)
The recipe for RI Pizza Strips was the biggest hit so far. They taste like the real thing!
I have bought more copies to send as gifts to family members who live out of RI so that they can have their own taste of home!
