this book is really good. the book walks you trhough the whole process of getting in shape. It breaks everything down from your diet to showing you how lift weights properly, it breaks down body types and has different programs for the different body types. this book is a really good book, it is very informative and i think anyone that wants to get alittle better understanding about the weight lifting game should get this book " Highly Recomended"
