Not seen this mentioned elsewhere, but this is Mr. Holmes book "Swing" re-issued under the new title.
An interesting book set in a time when Nazi's were still the enemy of choice, where San Francisco is holding a 'world's fair' type event, and where some people are definatly not who you think they are.
