Wo be to them that say, Peace, peace, all is well, all is well, and consider not that a final destruction is at hand, if we correct not our sinful manners shortly, and amend our wicked lives! "Cleanse your hands, 0 ye sinners," saith St James, "and purge Jamniv. v. your hearts, 0 ye wavering minded. Suffer afflictions, sorrow ye and weep. Let your laughter be turned into mourning." "Go to now, ye rich men, weep and howl on your wretchedness that shall come upon you." "Ye priests and ministers of the Joel Ii.
