It would be very disadvantageous thing to a respectable medi cal man if he were brought before the police court and fined ???5. After further protests, Mr. Aikman withdrew an amendment he had moved to report progress. Mr. Baillieu said he would bring the matter before the Medical Board, and do everything possible to give due notice. The Bill was then passed through all its stages.
