I listened to this book in audio format during my commute time. I was detailed and insightful enough that I want to review the principles frequently, need to have the text to quote and excerpt for others in my business, and I just had to see the spare, Japanese "drawings" that the teacher made to illustrate each aspect of profitability. The exercises will be of great value to anyone who cares about the long-term health and profitability of their business. The thinking is sharp and challenging, the writing clear. It's a heavy-duty business course if you take it on that way. Well worth the investment.
