Best ever
I am a massage therapist who is VERY into muscle balancing (i.e. posture). I have learned more from this book than I ever learned in massage school. Each chapter is filled with important information, important activities and approaches to healing chronic pain. It's worth every penny of full price but I am so glad that ALIBRIS saved me SO MANY PENNIES! THANKS ALIBRIS!

an excellent general spine book and dvd
Is a very well done compilation and reserch, includes outcome assessment, Janda's assessment of muscular imbalance, approach to the McKenzie technique , motor control, patient education, soft tissue treatment (Karel Lewit)........ The emphasis is upon the model developed by the Eastern European, the primary audience is physical therapists and physical therapists students.
