I bought this book for my partner for his birthday as he has become really into cooking. It has turned out to be an excellent purchase! The recipes are delicious... I have no reference as to how authentic they are, but the instructions are easy to follow and everything so far as been very tasty! We particularly like the roasted chicken and the variety of tagines. The pictures are beautiful and the patterned spin makes it a nice book to have on display in the kitchen.
