I thoroughly enjoyed this book. The chapters were short and concise, delivering messages in a direct style. The book delivers many excellent points on not only the attitude you bring to work, but also on developing a supervision and/or management style. There is even a chapter on how to leave your assignment and move on. The book also contains much humor on just observations of life in general, especially Chapter 40 "On the Road" had me rolling in laughter. As a frequent traveler I agreed with the items raised by General Powell. Overall, I highly recommend this book. It is very easy to read and you can start reading it at any point. The subjects contained in each chapter are self contained and do not rely on the previous or following chapters.
