He has acted as incident commander, safety officer, and response specialist during several adverse events. He has provided chemical and biological counterterrorism training to Hazardous Materials teams, Explosive Ordnance Disposal teams and other groups. He has served on a Technical Assistance Team for Weapons of Mass Destruction.
