I agree with the prior reviews in that this is an interesting book because it is arranged seasonally. But it lacks photos to inspire you. Simple recipes, certainly useful on a trip to the market because it will tempt you to use veggies that you might overlook. Green Beans w/turnips, Shelling Beans with onion, Warm Dandelion & bacon salad, Quick Persimmon "ice cream".
