Required Cookbook
As a recent "come here" to Maine I was looking for a cookbook that represented the quintessential cooking of Mainers. This is it. From talking to natives, this cookbook was long a "must have" for new brides and for those setting up households. The recipes are good, the directions clear and concise and the variety of recipes is excellent. Either for the novice cook or for those who collect regional cookbooks this one is a must have.
