Â Denys Watkins-Pitchford, or 'BB' as he is known, was a British naturalist, illustrator and children's author who won the 1942 Carnegie Medal for 'The Little Grey Men'. Â This beloved volume contains chapters on 'How I Became a Carp Addict' and 'The Happy Angler'. Â In the original cloth binding. With the original unclipped dust wrapper. Externally, very smart, with fading to the spine gilt text and minor rubbing and bumping to the extremities. Dust wrapper is smart, with slight sunning to the spine and edge wear. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are generally bright and clean. With spotting to the fore edge affecting the occasional page. Very Good Indeed.
