There are parts in the book that are hard to follow because of the use of he/she or the use of "parent/child" that may not align with those who suffer or are a perceived cause for suffering. Simply change the word to your own understanding/situation to help guide yourself to healing the anger or fire within.
It is a beautifully written book with the most loving intentions.

Great if your into weird stuff!
the author has some, what I would consider, way out there thinking. Ties our food and what we eat as relating to our emotions and anger... I don't think so. Anyway, a very different and weird way of looking into anger
