The book was described as very fine ~ in reality it wasn't even in fair condition. This is about the 5th book that has been way worse than described. There will not be a 6th, never!

The problem with the first book you sent is that the bonus DVD was missing. This second book you sent IS STILL MISSING THE DVD, which is needed to complete the exercises in the book. PLS SEND JUST THE DVD, no need to send another book.
