I bought a set of britannica from them. But a third of the set never came. The post office blamed the shipping label was damaged. And my books ten of them got lost in the US Postal System.

This item was, misrepresented as a digital option, digital. Was already used, &unavailable. the dsks poor and h'v problems. this is described accurately as a used blu-Ray, with useless DVD-disk, for me The entire purchase was based on a digital copy

This book was not in very good condition. It was in good condition at best. All the pages had a crease on the upper left corner and a crease on the lower right corner. Overall this was a so so copy. The staff should have checked the book closer. Terrible
