Book description said new hardcover but I received a used loose leaf book. It?s too late to return it because I need it for homework due tomorrow. Very disappointed, would not buy from this seller again.

This seller did not send described item and did not respond to the email sent regarding incomplete order. I will be sure not to order from BooksRunSnapshot again. Terrible

Everything went wrong... Book got lost in mail. Seller did not bother respond and alibiris customer service is pathetic to say the least. Never again.
