The description of this book is completely inaccurate. There are no color plates in the book. The website says I can return the book at no cost, but I can't download the free shipping label. Customer service is no help. I'm very dissatisfied.

While everything else about the service was good, the condition of the book, which had a bent back cover and back pages and thus would not qualify as "new" book, lowered this overall rating.
