Entertaining, But Not Earth-Shattering
Although this memoir proved to be an entertaining read, it was by no means earth-shattering in terms of why Hilary Clinton lost the election; anyone who read a newspaper during the 2016 presidential campaign would have come to the same conclusion. This book is however filled with candid accounts of the campaign trail, a look into what Ms. Clinton's life is like behind the scenes, and a detailed account of her political beliefs and background. The fact that Ms. Clinton assumes an informal, conversational tone throughout the memoir means that the book is a relatively easy read, to the point where I could manage as much as a hundred pages in a day. Despite the fact that this book was not exactly revelatory in terms of why Ms. Clinton lost the election, it was nonetheless an engaging and therefore worthy read.
