Very Good in Very Good jacket. 8vo. 80 pages, 16 pages of colour and 16 pages of b/w photos, end-paper maps: the 6, 000 mile dog fence. Cloth boards in dust-jacket which is lightly edge-worn, slightly sunned at the spine and upper edge, with a short tear towards the upper-edge centre of its front panel. Following Lionel Hudson's tv film about dingos he wrote this book. He discovered the dingo's high intelligence and keen senses, encountered some new mysteries but disproved some old theories--including the one that a dingo cannot be raised in captivity. Part of this book is devoted to three domesticated dingoes.
