Sexual anxiety verging on panic, in the Australian colonial town of Port Moresby, led to the introduction of the savagely discriminatory White Women's Protection Ordinance which stated that anyone who raped or attempted to rape a white woman or girl would be hanged. Tells the story of two men convicted under the Ordnance which was revoked in 1958.
