A let down on every level. Why is this author so lauded for sensual detail and storytelling? A supposedly scientific background that necessitated an introductory factual note of the theories and laws involved turned out to be dated basic knowledge which was then embroidered with fanciful and ludicrous interpretations and mumbo jumbo. Turn off no.1.
The erotic encounters were so widely spaced and interminably prolonged in their inanity that this was Turn off no.2.
The so called plot was inane, unconvincing and plain boring with no satisfactory ending, just a promise of more such rubbish to follow. Turn off no.3.
A complete and utter waste of time.
