Good read with helpful pointers

Logical development of the checklist approach from a medical perspective but that reaches out to the fields of engineering, architecture and aviation to list a few examples. It is a fascinating read from a qualified and highly involved professional.

You need to learn checklists.

Checklists allow you to manage complexity, avoid disasters, get the dumb stuff out of the way, and increase your effectiveness without increasing your skill.

If reading this book does not directly and immediately benefit your performance, there is something seriously wrong with you.
