Zoe Phillips Williams is an International Institute for Sustainable Development Associate with the Economic Law and Policy Program and Managing Editor of Investment Treaty News. Her work focuses on several aspects of investment law and investor-state dispute settlement, including the domestic politics of investor-state arbitration, particularly in the mining sector, and the rise of third-party funding of investment arbitration. Prior to joining IISD, Zoe was a postdoctoral fellow at the London School of Economics and a contributor at Investment Arbitration Reporter.
