Yomi Braester

Yomi Braester is Byron W. and Alice L. Lockwood Professor in the Humanities at University of Washington. He is the author of Painting the City Red: Chinese Cinema and the Urban Contract (Duke University Press, 2010) and Witness Against History: Literature, Film and Public Discourse in Twentieth-Century China (Stanford University Press, 2003).
