Xiheng Chen got her doctorate degree in January 2023 at the Maastricht Sustainability Institute (MSI), Maastricht University, and got another doctorate degree in August 2023 at Faculty of Law, Sun Yat-sen University. She started in 2014 with studying environmental law.
