Bill began his career at one of the largest global law firms in the world, headquartered in New York City. After joining Mandelbaum Salsburg P.C. in 1999, he was inspired to create a National Dental Law Center, with the objective of setting the standard for the legal representation of dentists and dental specialists in practice transitions. The Dental Law Center at Mandelbaum Salsburg P.C. employs the country's leading dental transaction experts and is proud to serve dentists and dental specialists nationwide. Bill is well recognized as a dental transactional attorney, with expertise in practice sales and purchases, associate buy-ins, start-ups, and the structuring of management services organizations. He is well versed in the rules and regulations that govern the profession, with particular expertise in the health care regulations governing corporate dentistry and medicine. Bill has written many articles addressing the legal and business needs of licensed professionals and regularly speaks on a wide variety of topics to conventions, trade shows, study groups, and societies, as well as students and residents at dental and medical schools.
