William Keeney
William E. Keeney earned an undergraduate degree from Bluffton (Ohio) College and a master's degree and PhD at Hartford Theological Seminary. His doctoral dissertation was published as The Development of Dutch Anabaptist Thought and Practice from 1539 to 1564 .
