Wen-Shing Tseng, M.D.

Wen-Shing Tseng, MD, is a professor emeritus of psychiatry at the University of Hawaii, School of Medicine. He served as chairman of the Transcultural Psychiatry Section of the World Psychiatric Association for two terms, and has been honorable adviser since 1993. In 2005, he was nominated by international colleagues to establish the World Association of Cultural Psychiatry, and to serve as its founding president from 2005 to 2009.
