Wayne Jett

Jett was educated in engineering and law and served as director of the Office of Advanced Studies at the University of Oklahoma before commencing a thirty-year career in private practice of law in California. He has argued many cases in the federal courts, including the Supreme Court, and is the author of numerous articles on public policy.
