W.Lloyd Warner
W. Lloyd Warner (1898-1970 )was professor of social research at the University of Michigan and, before that, professor of anthropology and sociology at the University of Chicago. His research included studies of various communities including black communities in Chicago, a New England community (best known as Yankee City) and a Midwestern Community (Jonesville).
